Nobody gives you power to change stuff. You need to earn it, sometimes through expression of substantial evidence and business direction, other times influencing at the right moment . All the change in this world was brought out by people who were not willing to accept the status quo. A meanigful war is something that should not be missed if that means interrogating reality, provoking learning, tackling tough challenges & enriching relaionship with one's own self & others.

How relevant is this when working in a environment where process and procedures are laid down from the top under the name of - uniformity or global vision and anything different or any new inititive are termed as rebellious or out of sync with the overall vison .

Many thanks for the comment.... I agree and have I stated otherwise? Our individuality do not end with our physical borderline, it emanates into the whole network and we are the tribes we belong to. However belonging is not determined by genes, geographical proximity. Belonging is determined by the everchanging self-awareness of the individual and and the longing he or she feels to connect with vast impulses of people (not even people as a whole) that will drive the mission or inclination forward towards the realisation of a greater truth. We are not determined by the packages we come in, we are determined by the environments we create. We are, what we create and we create tribes. We are not products, we produce, we don't fancy being broadcasted to, we fancy co-creating and mindcasting. Am I being too specific

We are not individuals. We are tribes. The individuality is an illusion. A network has a purpose and if a particular station synchronizes itself with the whole,it serves and succeeds in its mission. Am I confusing?
