One of the Tom Peter’s recommended books. Easy read and simple. However provides deep and lasting insights like customers seldom bother to complain, because they don’t expect any improvement. As such if they are not raving about your product or service it is time to ask questions. Your customers are just waiting for a chance to walk. A great read.
